The Risk Board is responsible for the daily management of the association. The Board is also responsible for all of the activities that different Risk Commitees organise and the representation towards Risk Members and external parties. In addition, the Risk Chaiman has a seat in the Financial Association Netherlands (FAN). For the year 2012-2013 the Risk Board has been constituted as follows:
