On Thursday the 8th of March, the Risk Conference will take place in the Martiniplaza! During the day, the theme of ‘Ten years the euro: Celebration or deception’ will be enlightened.
The following (international) keynote speakers will highlight the theme:
Chairman of the day, Mark Cliffe (Chief Economist ING), Aerdt Houben (Director Financial Stability Division DNB), Chris Dik (CFO Ahold Europe), Cees Vermaas (CEO NYSE Euronext Amsterdam), Steven Keuning (Director General Human Resources, Budget and Organisation ECB), Ronald Gerritse (Chairman of the Board of AFM)
At the Risk Conference there will be interesting lectures, business lunches and an inspiring masterclass by Mark Cliffe. Moreover, several companies, including KPMG, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, and Delta Lloyd, will be giving workshops! This day will end with a dinner at der Aa-kerk and an afterparty at De Branderij.

From the 19th till the 26th of February the Risk Banking Tour will take place. During the first three days 25 selected students will visit ABN AMRO, Holland Corporate Finance, Rabobank, Optiver en Kempen & Co. The next three days we will visit London were we will visit Credit Suisse, Citibank and JP Morgan. On Saturday you will have the possibility to see London and at the end of the day we will travel back to the Netherlands. You will stay in the Rho Hotel in Amsterdam and go to London by boat! Participation in the Banking Tour costs 50 euro. This amount includes dinner, drinks and your transport costs.
